WebNov 30, 2015 · That deck hasn't done anything in legacy, but Vise makes the Stasis + Chronatog lock so much quicker and not dependent upon decking the opponent, or having more mana available for Iron Maiden. Couple that with an Anvil of Bogardan and a couple Howling Mines and the game is over before they get a chance to draw anything useful.
