I updated Cura from 3.6 to 4.4, mostly because it was about time. Worried that there might be issues afterwards, I saved my 3.6 settings just to be sure. I think mine ended up something like 260 for X and 240 for Y or the other way round, can't remember. Print head always starts from home. There might be an easier way but that's the way I do it. Also, IIRC the Ender models have a zero position slightly off of the bed.

It should be 235 x 235 x 250. Oh, and in Cura 4.4 you couldn't select an Ender 3 Pro as a printer, but in the new versions you can.
