WebNov 4, 2012 · Right now i'm working on my 3rd character, which is focused around faith (did mage/dex and a strenght/dex build before). I'm just wondering what you guys think is a good combination for a faith build: dexterity or strenght? Because i'm not sure if there is a good weapon reliant on faith that needs a certain stat (like the moonlight greatsword). WebA weapon that scales with both dex and str will have lower scaling than a weapon that only scales with one of them. C/C is the best you'll get, and at 40/40 you'll only have damage similar to a weapon with A scaling in one of them. As an example, the longsword and uchi have 246 and 268 AR at 14/14 respectively. At 40/40, they'll have 408 and 420.

I have one that's +15 for Power Within + Sunlight Blade and another one for +10 Divine. I'm using Divine instead of Occult as the base magic damage gives it higher damage overall.
