I didn't think much of it until DFHack warned me that another yak is starving. The pasture is still filled with grass. There are spots of dirt, but the majority is still grass. The other animals aren't starving.

WebDec 8, 2024 · The way I do it is to dig a pit and the dwarves can access and then set the Pit as a pond, and dwarves will fill the pit with water. after It becomes mud, i believe you can stop turning it into a pond.
