WebApr 22, 2024 · Kitfox IV classic advice. Hi All, I would like some advice on the Kitfox IV classic. There is one for sale here in Aus. I am thinking of purchasing. It has a Subaru engine in it that I would like to change with a Rotax 914. Will the airframe handle this engine ? What is the wing like on the classic ?

WebJan 27, 2013 · I fly a kitfox model 4 and have no problem with the height. With a full size adult passenger its pretty cozy. It took a while for my wife to learn to stay out of the way of the stick on her side when we are taking off and landing. Solo there's plenty of room.
