I deciding it looked like it was worth it, so I splurged and spent $219 on a 5 gallon pale of XPD Optilube. I had read of countless people claiming 1-3 MPG's with this stuff, as well as numerous other benefits. I have used it religiously for the last 4000 miles in the recommended 256:1 ratio. It would be great if they would wear score test this product and show the results. It doesnt look like there is cetane adder so there maybe even more of a fuel mileage increase than what people see with XPD.

I bought that based on good reviews here. I use additive in every tank due to having an LML still running the CP4. I do have the fuel system saver installed and a FASS lift pump but still like the added piece of mind of a good additive.

The opti lube rep told me you can get good results using half the recomended ratio which would cut the cost in half but I would think would also cut the micron improvement in half. The summer blend mix ratio is 3000:1 and it gives you a 189 micron improvement. The cost for this is .68 cents per tank.
