WebModern headlights are way too bright. The old, orange, halogen headlights were much easier on the eyes of oncoming traffic. If it's dark out and it's hard to see then common sense should tell you to slow down, not just put bulbs in that blind everyone infront of you. People that purposely keep their brights on don't deserve a drivers license.
